We’ve just added our first standardised postal product to the On Top Packaging website. It’s a rigid, reusable mailer designed specifically for comic books. This is a product we’ve developed with care, tested in real-world conditions, and now made available to order online.

This marks the beginning of a new category. We’re introducing a collection of ready-to-ship packaging products that meet the same standards as our custom work. Our aim is simple: to give sellers, collectors and small businesses the kind of packaging we’d want to use ourselves – clean, practical and protective.

Built for what matters

This A5-sized comic book mailer is made from rigid 150K Brown Kraft E-Flute cardboard. It includes an integrated internal wrap that secures up to three comics without the need for any tape inside. Two card padders come with each mailer to add extra rigidity if required. Because it arrives pre-folded and packed flat, it’s ready to use straight out of the box.

We’ve left the outer flap untaped so you can seal it the way that works best for your setup. Many of our customers use water-activated paper tape for its strength and recyclability. Aside from being simple to use, the mailer is built to do its job properly. It holds its shape in transit. The corners resist crushing. The internal structure prevents movement. And once it arrives, it’s neat enough to reuse, no ripped tabs or layers of over-applied tape.

What’s next?

This is just the first. Over the coming months, we’ll be adding more off-the-shelf packaging options to the site, all made to the same standard and always with practical use in mind.

We’re also preparing a section for customers who want to customise their packaging. Soon, you’ll be able to order these mailers with internal branding to promote your business. It’s a clean way to leave an impression, with packaging that still does its core job right.
